About D.R.A.W. Inc.

Our Mission

Our program provides free fine arts and STEAM (STEAM- Science Technology Engineering  Arts and Math) education to our outreach programs that we support. We tailor our classes and approach to the needs of the group we are serving. Allowing for individuals to get the most out of their time spent with DRAW Inc.

We strive to see students enter into college and arts based careers including photography, graphic design, videography, web-design and architecture. Not only do our students learn applicable skill sets in each medium and benefit from art therapy through our program but it has been proven that art education also improves cognitive growth and development at all ages. This significantly increases the chances that we will see a number of our students seek out continued education opportunities.

Our Background

DRAW Inc has been serving Utah communities since February of 2016. Quickly after releasing our youth art classes to the public, we found that there was a high need and demand for our classes in different groups than we had originally planned on serving.

We learned that many disadvantaged, tragedy stricken and low income groups in our communities were not receiving the same cultural enrichment that is afforded to higher income demographics through the arts.

Through finding the best volunteers, instructors, sponsors and advocates around, we are bringing the arts to people in need of them in whatever capacity that may be. From art therapy for individuals coping with loss, abuse or mental illness to cognitive growth and development for youth and individuals with alzheimers/dementia. DRAW Inc is and will continue to be here to serve them through the arts.
